Keeping a positive mentality on Sundays is really important to help avoid the Sunday Scaries. 

I like to treat myself to a special coffee on Mondays. This gives me something fun to look forward to. 

Creating a to-do list the night before can help ease the stress of the unknown for Monday since you know what your priorities will be.
