My size isn't offered, what can I do?

If you see a ring that you love, but your size isn't available, please email us at support@ornamentalhealth.com and we'll work on getting it for you. 

How do I take care of my rings?

Our gold plating is designed to last a long time, but the rings are not solid gold, so the plating may fade over time if not properly cared for. 

Avoid contact with cleaning agents, chemicals, water, and beauty products. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or working out. Try to avoid contact with water as much as possible, including when washing your hands.

Store rings in a dry place. 

What should I do if my discount code isn't working?

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes, we do! We have gift cards available in $25, $50, $75, and $100.

We offer free domestic shipping!

For international orders, the total shipping cost depends on your shipping location and weight of your order.

When will my order be fulfilled/shipped?

We work hard to ship your order as soon as possible.

Please allow 1 business day to process your order, and 1-4 business days to receive your order.

Do you offer returns?

We want to make sure you love your new fidget jewelry.

If you have any questions regarding your size, please reach out to us at support@ornamentalhealth.com.

We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

How do I make a return?

To start a return, you can contact us at support@ornamentalhealth.com. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. The customer is responsible for the cost of the return label.

At this time, we only offer returns and exchanges for domestic orders. 

What is your 1-year guarantee?

We promise to repair or send a replacement if you experience a manufacturing defect within one year of purchasing.

This guarantee does not cover normal wear and tear, it only applies to manufacturing defects.

Please email us at support@ornamentalhealth.com if you have any issues with your fidget jewelry so that we can make things right.

Regular wear and tear includes:

  • Tarnishing over time: All plated jewelry tarnishes over time with daily use. We invest in high quality plating designed to last a long time with the proper care.
  • Scratches from daily use: All metals scratch over time with normal daily use.

Please check our care instructions for details on how to take care of your fidget jewelry.

What if my order arrived damaged?

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right.

We check each fidget ring and fidget necklace that is sent out. If for any reason your purchase isn't as you expected, please reach out to us.

Do you offer exchanges?

Please email us at support@ornamentalhealth.com for exchanges. We will send you a return label and once we receive the original item, we will ship the exchange right away. The customer is responsible for the shipping cost of the exchange.

We do not offer exchanges for international orders. 

How long will it take to receive my refund after a return?

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.

If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 14 business days.

Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
