How to cope with stress

There are many ways to cope with stress, so it's important to find what works for you. Here are a few examples:

  • Take a break
  • Re-balance work and home
  • Connect with loved ones
  • Exercise
  • Spend time on hobbies

One of the best ways to cope with stress is to take a break. It's as simple as that. A break can be 5 minutes, an hour, or even a day. We work so hard nonstop that sometimes we forget how important it is to rest. It's okay to take a break - the world won't end. 

It's also important to have a healthy work-life balance. Being overworked can actually make your job performance worse. By giving your home life as much priority as your work life, they both win. 

Spending time on hobbies is a great way to cope with stress because it's a way to prioritize yourself and do what you like.
