How to deal with that "first day of school" feeling?

That "first day of school" feeling can be pretty overwhelming.

It's a mix of excitement, nerves, and anticipation.

As a student, starting new classes with new people can feel like a lot. 

And as a teacher, the unknown of what your classes are going to be like can be pretty stressful too.

 

A few tips for this school year:

  • Take care of your body: stay hydrated and limit caffeine
