How to: Self-love

There are so many ways to practice self-love:
  • Prioritize yourself
  • Accept that it is okay to make mistakes
  • Don't worry about other people's opinions
  • Stop comparing yourself to others
  • Look in the mirror and realize how amazing you are

These are just a few examples; it's all about what self-love means to you. 

By prioritizing ourselves and realizing how amazing we truly are, we learn to be kinder to ourselves and love ourselves more.
