Weekly Reflections

Some days can be really strong, and other days it can be hard to focus. 

Reflecting on how we felt throughout the week, what we liked and what we didn't like, can be beneficial to improve the next coming week. 

  • How was your week?
  • What made you feel good?
  • What made you feel bad?
  • What do you want to do differently next week?
  • What do you want to repeat next week?

For example, if you started exercising in the mornings and notice you really like how it made you feel throughout the day, you may want to repeat it more next week too. 

It's important to reflect on the good and bad every week so we are always improving and finding what works best for us.
