Quick tip: try a breathing exercise

4 seconds - slowly inhale through your nose. Spin the gems on your anxiety ring during each breath to help you count.

For 7 seconds - pause and hold your breath. Slowly count in your head by spinning the gems on your ring.

8 seconds - slowly exhale until you completely let out your breath. Spin the gems for each second.

Repeat this exercise as many times as needed.

Remember, focus on the ring and focus on your breathing.
