What if I don't know my ring size?

  1. Pick an existing ring that fits your desired finger.
  2. Measure the inside of that ring.
  3. Use the chart below to find your ring size.

 

My size isn't offered, what can I do?

If you see a ring that you love, but your size isn't available, please email us at support@ornamentalhealth.com and we'll work on getting it for you. 

 

How do I take care of my rings?

Our gold plating is designed to last a long time, but the rings are not solid gold, so the plating may fade over time if not properly cared for. 

Avoid contact with cleaning agents, chemicals, water, and beauty products. Remove jewelry before showering, swimming, or working out. Try to avoid contact with water as much as possible, including when washing your hands.

Store rings in a dry place.

How much does shipping cost?

We offer free domestic shipping! For international orders, the total shipping cost depends on your shipping location and weight of your order. 

 

When will my order be shipped?

We work hard to ship your order as soon as possible. Please allow 1 business day to process your order, and 1-4 business days to receive your order.
