I have extreme anxiety and I’ve been trying to find a way to take my mind off of things in a panic. This ring is sturdy and feels like such great quality. I absolutely love this ring, the only thing I wish I would have done is order a size up. It fits perfectly, but makes it a little harder to spin. So I’m thinking if I get a bigger size it would work better. However, other than that no complaints!! I will be getting more!!
